Men's Sexual Health

Premature ejaculation - Society can be tough at times. Especially now a days as there is so much pressure from so many different angles. There can be work pressure, family pressure, financial pressure, societal pressure and the list goes on and on. Another pressure some men may have is how we perform sexually. While really something we tend do to ourselves, it can play itself out in many ways. Premature ejaculation is one of them. Premature ejaculation has been known to affect 30 - 40% of men at one point in their life. It is common and can be treated. Men with PE may in fact suffer from anxiety, depression, lack of sexual self-esteem, self-esteem in general, sexual dissatisfaction, quality of life and interpersonal or relationship problems. Unfortunately many men do not reach out due to the shame or guilt we tend to experience over it. I can help. Therapy can assist in figuring out what the root causes may be then looking at what skills or interventions may address them. I look forward to seeing how I may be able to help.
Erectile dysfunction - As one who enjoys practicing sex therapy I really want all of my clients to have a healthy enjoyable and fulfilling sex life. Unfortunately some times things can get in the way of that. But that's why I'm here, I can help. Erectile dysfunction affects 30 million men in the US according to some studies. Keep in mind those are reported as it is also a condition many men keep to themselves. It can lead to feeling less manly, some insecurity, low sexual self-esteem, guilty, anxious and have a general psychological impact. Together we can work to evaluate the root causes. From there we can decide on possible interventions or skills we can implement as a means of resolving it. ED can be stressful but there are various ways to treat it. I look forward to seeing how I may be able to help.
